Re-Energising
September
Summer was the time to be outside and enjoy the warmth before the days start getting shorter again, the sun weaker – time to store up some energy and share in the bustling life around us.

But “energy” can mean so many things: our own vitality, the capacity to do work, something you have or lack or are looking for; something that needs to be preserved or used efficiently. Within and around us, considering what this “energy” is and how we’re using it can be a way of thinking about how we relate to ourselves and the world –and it to us.

What helps you gather strength and energy? How have you seen nature come into full life over the summer months? What draws on your strength, what helps replenish it? What makes you feel like you lack vitality, and how do you react? When do you spot nature’s cycles and how do they relate to yours? What different uses and meanings of “energy” do you encounter – and what ways of relating to oneself and the world do they convey?

We would love to hear your thoughts! Please share them with us at entangledepiphanies@gmail.com by 30.09.2021.
